I got to do a guest blog over at
[SPWUG] that gave my write up of
[KATSUCON 14]. Thanks KT for the opportunity!
Painting 3 of the 4-part series from St. Thomas is finally done. I'll scan it as
soon as it's dry enough.
Onward!
It has been a busy few weeks!
My crew and I are getting ready to set up and run
[KATSUCON] next week, and it looks like it will be a TON of fun!
Look for me there, wandering with sketchbook and pens in hand.
I'll be interviewing artists, doing sketches and illustrations, and even giving away a copy or two of
CITY LIMITS [Blue Day Media]!
This is, of course, assuming i'm not too drunk to pay attention. No, that
never, only occasionally happens...
*kaffkaff*
In other news:
Sample art is being produced for a doll-making website (they make paper dolls that little
girls (and boys?) can dress up with different outfits, but it's on the web, so there's no paper involved). They get like
4 billion hits a year (or was that month?) and it'd be great exposure for my art.
I have also found a link to the blog
for Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad
[this ain't no LJ!]. You can bet your bobbysox that I'll be reading and posting comments if possible.
Why, you ask?
Because this
is the 21st Century, and
I can leave a note for the
president of
Iran.
HOW COOL IS THAT?!
